• We all have properly worn face masks during your visit.

• Hands are washed at entry.

• We are pre-screening everyone’s current health, temperature, and pulse/oxygen level.

• Our recliners are properly distanced from each other and are sanitized after each use.

• Our schedule has been modified to keep the room capacity restricted.

• We have added medical grade air filtration.

• Our lay-out and procedures have been reviewed by Champaign County Public Health District. 

• Our staff is fully vaccinated and frequently tested, for everyone's continued safety.

•  If you may have been exposed, we ask that you wait to return to the clinic for 5 days, or for 5 days after symptoms have abated after a negative test.

• We would like for patients to let us know of possible exposure if they were in the clinic 2 days before a positive test or symptoms begin.
